Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Raska Interiors, trading as Raska Group. "You" refers to the user or customer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order on this website.

3. Products & Materials

We make every effort to display product colours, finishes and dimensions accurately. However, screen calibration varies and the colour you see may differ from the actual product.

Our pieces use natural materials including solid wood, veneer, marble, stone, cane, leather and fabric. These materials vary in grain, veining, tone and texture from piece to piece. Such variation is inherent to the material, is part of the character of handcrafted furniture, and is not considered a defect.

Listed dimensions are approximate. Minor variation may occur due to handcrafting and finishing processes.

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery and installation charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you a written order confirmation.

We reserve the right to:

• Correct pricing or product description errors, including after an order has been placed
• Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Limit order quantities
• Discontinue any product without notice

If we cancel an order for which payment has been received, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Made-to-Order Items

Certain products are manufactured to order or customised to your specification in material, finish, size or configuration.

Once production of a made-to-order item has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged, except where the item is delivered damaged or defective.

Estimated production timelines are shown on the product page and confirmed at the time of order. These are estimates and not guaranteed dates.

6. Payment

Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. We do not collect, process or store your card details on our servers.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the details provided are accurate.

Orders are processed only after payment is successfully received and authorised. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.

7. Delivery

Delivery areas, timelines, charges and the delivery process are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Risk in the product passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment has been received in full.

You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the delivery location. Where access is not possible, redelivery charges may apply.

8. Returns & Cancellation

Cancellation windows, return eligibility, refund timelines and the process for raising a claim are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Warranty & Care

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated on the product page or in your invoice, from the date of delivery.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including fading, patina and softening of upholstery
• Natural variation, movement or seasonal expansion in wood and other organic materials
• Damage from misuse, overloading, accident, pets, or improper cleaning
• Damage caused by exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, damp or humidity
• Products that have been modified, repaired or reassembled by anyone other than our authorised team
• Commercial or contract use, unless expressly agreed in writing

Care instructions are provided with your order and must be followed to keep the warranty valid.

10. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@raskagroup.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may suspend or terminate an account that is used in breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, product imagery, text, design, layout, graphics and the Raska Group name and logo, is our property or licensed to us, and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any part of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any product or order is limited to the amount paid by you for that product.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of use, or damage to property arising from improper assembly, placement or use of a product.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where such limitation is not permitted by law.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, fire, flood, epidemic, strike, transport disruption, supply shortage, civil unrest or government action.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be amended accordingly.

The Terms applicable to your order are those in force at the time the order was placed. Please review this page before each purchase.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
